Kerak Telor is the original food in Jakarta (Betawi), with ingredients of white glutinous rice, eggs, chicken, shrimp (prawns marinated dry) dry plus a roasted shallot fried, then mashed form seasoned roasted coconut, red chilies, kencur , ginger, pepper, salt and sugar.
